Created on 23 December 2023, the Académie des beau-arts – Aix-en-Provence Festival Foundation supports the creation, production and dissemination of operatic, musical, dramatic, choreographic, cinematographic and audiovisual works.
The Foundation supports projects presented during the Aix-en-Provence Festival as well as those produced or supported by the Festival throughout France.
The Foundation will also support pedagogical, educational or social projects linked to the Festival’s artistic projects. The Foundation awards grants and prizes to artists (creative artists, opera singers, instrumental musicians, vocal or musical ensembles, orchestras, etc.) and supports all events and operations related to the Festival’s artistic, cultural, heritage or social responsibility activities.
